Business Acquisitions
We evaluate business and asset acquisitions with a long-term perspective — looking for companies where disciplined evaluation, responsible ownership and practical improvement can create lasting value.
What We Look For
These are general guidelines, not rigid rules. Every business is different, and we would rather have a conversation than rule something out on paper.
Businesses with a track record, repeat customers and a defensible position in their market.
Owner-operated companies where retirement, succession or a change in goals creates an opportunity for thoughtful new ownership.
Manufacturing, logistics and distribution, industrial services and related supply-chain businesses.
Selective opportunities involving real estate, equipment and other assets that support an operating business.

Geography
Michigan is our primary geographic focus. We know its communities, workforce and business climate.
Opportunities outside Michigan are considered case by case when they fit our criteria and can be owned responsibly.

Leadership & Ownership
Our executive leadership work and our acquisition work rest on the same idea: business value comes from clear priorities, steady execution and people who are supported to do good work. We evaluate acquisitions with an operator's eye, not only a spreadsheet.
